Why this check matters
Different legal categories should not share one “best” table.
Casino interfaces reward speed. A useful check slows the decision just enough to capture the field that changes cost, legality or recourse.
A repeatable method
Start with this question: Are all compared products legally and methodologically comparable? Record the answer, its source, currency or jurisdiction where relevant, and the date.
Then run the checklist: Define the category; Publish criteria; Show missing data; Do not invent scores. If the answer changes between a promotion page and the terms, keep both captures and treat the stricter condition as the unresolved risk.
What a pass looks like
A pass is not a green badge. It means the required fields are present, internally consistent and linked to a responsible entity. Missing information is a finding, not an invitation to guess.
